Headquartered in Henderson, Nevada, Americana Enterprise, LLC. is made up of the following four entities: Americana Real Estate, Inc. (dba Century 21 Americana), Americana Property Management, LLC., Americana Real Estate School, LLC., Americana Home Loans, LLC., Americana Title Agency, LLC.
Americana Real Estate, Inc. has been part of the Century 21 family since 2012. Century 21 Americana is currently the number one Century 21 firm in the Southwest Region in Closed Sides and Commissions Earned. The Brokerage is home to just under 500 licensees. Americana Associates are guided, trained, coached, and supported by a strong Leadership team with years of experience in the real estate industry.
Juan Martinez, the Visionary of Americana Enterprise, is laser-focused on his goal to build an innovative company devoted entirely to training and coaching superstar sales professionals. To achieve his goal, Juan, and his wife and business partner Elizabeth have created a business model that is the driving force for all Americana Enterprise subsidiaries to perform at their highest levels possible.
Elizbeth Martinez
Broker / Co-Founder
Elizabeth Maritnez is the Co-Founder and Broker of Record for Americana Property Management. She is also the Co-Founder of CENTURY 21 Americana and the Director of Education for CENTURY 21 Americana Real Estate School. She co-founded the company with her husband Juan Martinez in 2003 and has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate sector.
Elizabeth’s extensive background as an owner of multiple companies and a real estate broker, as well as her incredible volume of transactions throughout her career, gives her a unique perspective on working with landlords, tenants, and real estate professionals in the world of Property Management. In addition, she has created and streamlined the support systems for the day-to-day operations of Americana Property Management. These systems ensure that property owners are provided the best customer service when it comes to managing their property. As the Broker of Record for the company, Elizabeth is also always up-to-date ont the latest Property Management laws and compliance practices.
Elizabeth holds a Broker License and Property Management Permit issued by the State of Nevada Real Estate Division. She is also a certified real estate instructor in Nevada and regularly teaches courses at Americana Real Estate School. She is also a licensed mortgage professional and is the co-owner of Americana Home Loans.
Jorge Rodriguez
President
Jorge Rodriguez has over 15 years in real estate management spanning from Multifamily Complexes to Single Family Homes. In his role as President of Americana Property Management LLC, Jorge oversees all aspects of the company.
Jorge began his career as a Business Manager for Pinnacle Property Management where he was able to revitalize several different multifamily communities during the 2008 recession. Following his tenure in the multifamily industry, Jorge was brought on as Senior Property Manager with Haven Homes, Inc., a medium-sized investment company who had acquired several hundred single family homes in Las Vegas. During his time at Haven Homes, Inc. Jorge had over 500 single family homes under his management, a $6 million portfolio for two large investments group and helped reshape the property management industry.
Jorge holds a Broker-Salesman License and Property Management Permit issued by the State of Nevada Real Estate Division.
