Alan Winfield
Business Development
Alan has lived and worked across the United States, including in New York, California, Florida, and currently Nevada. His educational background includes studies in Criminal Justice in New York, as well as film production and writing in San Diego—fields that reflect a long-standing interest in people, storytelling, and practical problem solving.
Throughout his career, Alan has built a diverse and unconventional professional background. His experience includes working undercover for an investigation company, serving as a cameraman on a science television show, writing a film column for a magazine, and holding various roles in restaurants nationwide. He has also worked extensively in the nightlife industry, managing and supporting nightclubs across multiple states and two countries, including coordinating foam parties throughout the United States.
In 2012, Alan was presented with an opportunity to relocate to Las Vegas to work with a friend’s printing company, which included a plane ticket and company car. He remained in that role for seven years before deciding to pursue a new direction. He later worked as a driver for Lyft and Uber for several years, an experience that ultimately motivated him to seek a safer and more sustainable career path—one that would allow him to leverage his experience, professional network, and communication skills.
With several friends already established in real estate, Alan chose to explore the industry and enrolled at Century 21 Americana Real Estate School. While he was familiar with the Century 21 brand, Americana stood out as the right fit. After several years, he was offered a corporate role within the Americana organization and transitioned into Business Development for Americana Property Management. He was later asked to take on an additional role as liaison and recruiter for the real estate school.
Alan values the Americana Way, which reflects a family-oriented culture built on collaboration, support, and shared success. He is proud to be part of an organization where team members actively help one another grow and plans to remain with Americana in some capacity through the remainder of his career.
