The home is professionally managed by Century 21 Americana Property Management. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be limited in quantity. If approved, an additional pet deposit will apply per pet. Aggressive breeds are not permitted due to liability and insurance restrictions. Renters insurance will be required prior to move-in. Upon move-in, a $150 administrative fee will be charged. Tenants will also be billed monthly for $25 for sewer and $25 for trash.
